Some kinds words from clients and partners:
"Aedi Construction was a pleasure to work with on their first LEED for Homes project, the first building certified under the USGBC’s residential rating system in Massachusetts. Aedi’s willingness and enthusiasm to pursue both energy efficiency and environmentally sensitive construction techniques was impressive. They were eager to learn about specific ways to improve the energy efficiency of their building and worked hard to implement the techniques correctly."

"When Peter and I decided to renovate a barn on our property in Sherborn, it seemed logical to investigate alternative energy sources for light and heat. Our natural gas and electricity bills were high enough already, and a barn roof seems like a good place to locate solar panels. I was aware of the L.E.E.D. (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) designation, and remembered reading that Aedi Construction built the very first L.E.E.D.-certified homes in Massachusetts.
Aedi’s corporate philosophy emphasizes innovation, integrity, and the importance of the relationship with the client. Peter and I were impressed by their commitment to sustainable building practices. From the outset, it was clear that Aedi’s experience with alternative energy would be valuable. Matt (Matt Ayers, Partner) was able to assess our electricity needs and proposed an arrangement of solar panels that would supply the electricity for the entire farm. He worked with the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative to obtain the rebates that reduced the costs of the installation by 50%. He proposed a closed-loop geothermal heating system for our barn and has been tireless in his efforts to educate the authorities in order to obtain the necessary permits. Peter and I have been involved with many renovations over the years, and Matt’s skill at maximizing efficiency and minimizing cost and disruption makes him an exception among builders."
